### Step 1: Find a Verified Seller

- Completed at least 20 trades
- Positive reviews from buyers

### Step 2: Create an Escrow Trade
1. Click "Start Trade" on the seller's offer.
2. Enter the agreed amount (e.g., $150 for a Laravel SaaS boilerplate).
3. The funds are deducted from your PayNest wallet and locked in escrow.

### Step 3: Seller Delivers the Script
The seller uploads the script (ZIP file) or shares a secure download link. You have 24 hours to review the code.

### Step 4: Release Payment
If the code works and matches the description, click **"Release Payment"**. The money goes to the seller instantly.

### Step 5: Dispute Resolution (If Something Goes Wrong)
If the script is broken, missing files, or not as described:

## Payout for Sellers
